Responsibilities: " Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment, admissions, and marketing strategies to attract and enrol a diverse and qualified student population. " Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall student experience and foster a supportive and engaging campus environment. " Analyse market trends, enrollment data, and demographic information to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement in recruitment and marketing efforts. " Supervise recruitment, admissions, and student support staff. " Oversee relationships with high schools, colleges, and other educational institutions. " Collaborate with academic departments and university leadership to ensure alignment between recruitment, admissions, marketing and student support strategies and institutional goals. " Develop initiatives to support student retention, success, and satisfaction throughout their academic journey. Qualifications: " Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. " Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. " Demonstrated experience in recruitment, admissions, or enrollment management, preferably in a higher education setting. " Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, particularly in the context of student recruitment. " Familiarity with enrollment management software systems and technology tools. " Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals. " Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. " Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in education, marketing, business administration, or related field. Languages: " Fluency in English (minimum C1/B2) " Czech language skills desirable, but not required " Other language competencies are an asset, but not required. As an Admissions Specialist you would be responsible for recruiting potential students to Prague City University, and working with and guiding applicants through the admissions process. In addition, as an International Schools Liaison Officer you would be responsible for establishing new and maintaining existing connections with potential academic partners and feeder schools. This role requires the post-holder to have high interpersonal and organisational skills to proactively work within the admissions team and interact in a meaningful way with other members of the university. Applicants will have experience researching and lecturing at university level and may also have professional work experience. Ideally, the candidate would be an Associate Professor. The preferred candidate will be flexible enough to be able to teach across a range of modules, be team oriented, and committed to advancing the programme. Applicants should be passionate about preparing a new generation of specialists for careers in IT, should demonstrate knowledge and be able to teach at a high level in one of the areas of computing on offer and continuously improve her or his teaching skills. She or he will be able to work with colleagues to develop the programme and manage a group of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate is a person who can work at a professional level with a wide range of people with diverse backgrounds.
